Description

La Marcairie can accommodate up to 12 people, in 240 m2 of living space, in exceptional conditions of comfort and equipment. The chalet has 5 bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms, a large living room area with fully equipped kitchen (50 m2 ) , a large mezzanine, as well as a spa area.

The rooms

Each of the five rooms offers, through its decor and layout, a place of serenity and unique art of living. They benefit from large bay windows opening onto the spectacle of a grandiose 180° panorama.

ÉGLANTINE room

On the ground floor, the ÉGLANTINE room features blond Vosges pine wood, leather, bleached oak parquet flooring, light and omnipresent nature. With a surface area of 22m2, it includes 2 beds of 90 x 200cm, a desk, 2 armchairs, a large wardrobe in honey tones. Its private bathroom combines sandstone, slate and wood in shades of taupe and gray. It is equipped with a walk-in shower, a double sink, a toilet. The generous dimensions of the EDELWEISS suite are suitable for a person with reduced mobility using a wheelchair, including the toilets.

GENTIANE room

On the garden level, the GENTIANE room, with balcony, with a surface area of 22m2, has a large double bed (160X200cm). Facing due south, it offers the majestic spectacle of the Vosges mountains. Thanks to its large bay windows, it is flooded with light from sunrise to sunset. A decoration enhanced by wood and mountain furniture, makes it a haven of calm and serenity where warm and cozy tones mingle. Its private bathroom, available in sandstone, wood and slate, is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a double sink and separate toilet.

ARNICA Room

Upstairs, the ARNICA room, facing south, with large bay windows, offers a 22m2 space of luxury and comfort. It offers a large double bed (160 x 200 cm), a dressing room, a small desk. Its balcony allows you to fully enjoy the exceptional view of the Vosges peaks. The bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet, slightly attic, benefits from a wood and stone ambiance, in a sober and chic mountain spirit.

ANEMONE room

The ANÉMONE room, facing south, with private balcony, has a large double bed, a lounge area, a Vosges pine wardrobe, a small desk. Spacious and elegant, it combines light wood and chocolate tones, raw materials and decoration with clean lines. The voluptuousness of the warm-colored fabrics responds to the bleached oak parquet flooring.

BLUEBERRY Room

La chambre MYRTILLE partage sa salle de bain avec la chambre MYRTILLE qui dispose de deux lits doubles (90 x 200 cm), une commode en bois blond dans une ambiance unique, mansardée et intimiste, poétique et romantique. La salle de bain est équipée d’une baignoire et d’un lavabo double vasque. Ardoise, pierre et bois lui confèrent un charme et une ambiance typique. Les toilettes sont séparées.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN

The living room is a large space with a surface area of 50 m2 opening onto a fully equipped American kitchen. Around the crackling wood fire in the Scandinavian stove, comfortably seated in the large cozy sofas, over a drink, you enjoy the spectacle of a grandiose nature which is offered to you through the bay windows. With family or friends, you share the intimacy of a mountain refuge, the authentic conviviality and the unique atmosphere of a true place where omnipresent nature combines with luxury and comfort to enchant you at all times. Around the large solid wood table in the dining room, which extends a fully equipped open kitchen, rediscover the pleasure of sharing a good meal with ease, or let yourself be tempted by our catering service which offers delivery to the chalet , a menu of regional home specialties, who will listen to your wishes to develop the exceptional menu that he will concoct for you, at the chalet.

 

The kitchen is open to the living room so you can enjoy the conviviality of large tables gathered together after a good day of skiing or hiking.
It is generously equipped: dishwasher, fan oven, microwave oven, induction hob, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, professional cookware, toaster, citrus press, blender, kitchen robot, raclette machines, pierrade, fondues, elegant table service, will allow you to fully express all your culinary talents and set a festive table.

MEZZANINE

The mezzanine is an open space, equipped with a quality convertible sofa, for extra sleeping. Designed for entertaining, playing or reading quietly, this fun space is organized around a large flat screen television with audio system and DVD player. A library with numerous tourist and cultural works allowing you to better understand Alsace and the Vosges, rich documentation on local fauna and flora. As well as maps and plans of the region, hiking trails, mountain bike circuits are also available to you. Finally, board games are available to you, for moments of laughter shared between young and old.

EXTERIORS

A large south-facing terrace welcomes you on sunny days. Comfortably seated in a deckchair, you will enjoy the calm and serenity to read, recharge your batteries or tan while lounging in the sun.
A little further, a barbecue area, benches and a long table carved from a large tree trunk welcomes you for your summer picnics and grills.
A playground with swing and trampoline will delight the little ones. The forest, directly accessible behind the chalet, is the ideal place to watch for animals and fulfill all the dreams of adventurers and explorers in short pants.
Private parking for three cars completes the outdoor facilities
